In the post "What I learned from Steve Jobs" 10/8/11 at 11:04am that my sponsor Paul Caldwell sent me, one of the points was to "... "Hire A+ players."
Steve believed that A players hire A players- that is people who are as good as they are.
See, generally speaking A players hire people even better than themselves and B players hire C players so they can feel superior to them and C players hire D players. I love their ending statement - "If you start hiring B players, expect what Steve called 'the bozo explosion' to happen in your organization.
Well, in network marketing it's not because we want to feel superior, but rather that it's easier to call a B or C. DON'T. Call A+ players and build a dynast not a bozo explosion.
