Coming off of an action packed weekend last weekend (6/12) we wrapped up with a Friday night Social and Comedy with dinner – 62 of us. The night was fun (PICTURES ATTACHED BELOW) and a chance to get to know everyone better. One of the huge benefits of our business is that we are able to develop relationships that are all over the world and that are for a lifetime. As an aside, Kim and I sponsored the comedian into our business!
On Saturday we had 107 people at the actual Go Diamond Event and were fortunate enough to have our sponsor and business partner Paul Caldwell speaking and joining us that day. It was very well received with many upgrades and new activations, as well as 16 new people registering for our National Conference in Vegas. Vegas, incidentally, is not an event you can miss if you’re serious about building your business into 2012 and beyond. We will specifically work closely with those that attend and match energy with energy.

X’s and O’s or X’s and Y’s ?
You’ve heard me speak about the X and Y generations lately during the Biz ops because they make up approximately 46% of the population.
Together with the Baby Boomers (another 18% of population), they all control a large portion of the available disposable income. Not a bad group to get ahead of huh!?
Keep in mind when speaking with people-especially the X and Y generations, that they are looking at their parents and others around them (who are older) thinking – wow, the system of getting educated, getting a job and being secure is BROKEN – it’s not working. They now are seeking independence, travel, communicating on the internet, etc.. Well, that’s what you have to offer them!
So what are you waiting for? Go speak to them today and invite three to sit down with you and play the DVD…or invite them to the webinar – they love technology.

Our Lives Are Woven Together For a Reason
A mouse looked through the crack in the wall to see the farmer and his wife open a package... "What food might this contain?" The mouse wondered - he was devastated to discover it was a mousetrap.
Retreating to the farmyard, the mouse proclaimed the warning. "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!"
The chicken clucked and scratched, raised her head and said, "Mr. Mouse, I can tell this is a grave concern to you but it is of no consequence to me. I cannot be bothered by it."
The mouse turned to the pig and told him, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The pig sympathized, but said, "I am so very sorry, Mr. Mouse, but there is nothing I can do about it. "
The mouse turned to the cow and said, "There is a mousetrap in the house! There is a mousetrap in the house!" The cow said, "Wow, Mr. Mouse. I'm sorry for you, but it's no skin off my nose. But wish you well; be assured you are in my prayers "So, the mouse returned to the house, head down and dejected, to face the farmer's mousetrap-- alone.
That very night a sound was heard throughout the house -- like the sound of a mousetrap catching its prey.The farmer's wife rushed to see what was caught.
In the darkness, she did not see it was a venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bit the farmer's wife.
The farmer rushed her to the hospital and she returned home with a fever. Everyone knows you treat a fever with fresh chicken soup, so the farmer took his hatchet to the farmyard for the soup's main ingredient. But his wife's sickness continued, so friends and neighbors came to sit with her around the clock. To feed them, the farmer butchered the pig. The farmer's wife did not get well; she died.
So many people came for her funeral, the farmer had the cow slaughtered to provide enough meat for all of them. The mouse looked upon it all from his crack in the wall with great sadness.
So, the next time you hear someone is facing a problem and think it doesn't concern you, Remember -- when one of us is threatened, we are all at risk. We are all involved in this journey called life. We must keep an eye out for one another and make an extra effort to encourage one another.
